What does research show us?
BEMER stands out in laboratory studies of PEMF devices. Scientists at the Institute for Microcirculation in Berlin, Germany, tested the six leading PEMF devices using precise laboratory measurements to assess their effects at the tissue level. The findings, based on living human subjects, confirm that BEMER delivers far greater and more lasting improvements in microcirculation than the other devices studied.
Each device was used daily for three days, and the following factors were measured: number of blood cell-perfused nodes, venular flow, venular oxygen saturation, and spontaneous arteriolar vasomotion. The results were striking: BEMER produced improvements that were 3 to 28 times more effective than the other devices.
BEMER increased oxygen utilization by up to 29%, while the highest any of the other devices achieved was 8-10%.
